No Return Policy for Custom Orders
Thank you for shopping with us! We are proud to offer custom-made products that are tailored specifically to your order. Due to the personalized nature of our items, we do not accept returns or exchanges. Please review the details of your order carefully before completing your purchase.
Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged, please contact us immediately upon receipt. We require that you report any damage within 7 days of delivery, with clear photos of the damaged product and packaging. We will evaluate the issue and, if the damage is deemed to be caused during shipping, we will provide a replacement at no additional cost.
Order Issues
Please ensure that all details (e.g., color, size, text) are correct before placing your order. Since we produce items based on your specifications, we cannot accept returns for reasons other than damage during shipping.
Texas State & U.S. Laws
In accordance with Texas and U.S. laws, customized goods are generally exempt from return requirements unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival. Our policy is in line with the Texas Business and Commerce Code § 2.315, which allows merchants to refuse returns on custom-made items unless otherwise specified.
Cancellation Policy
Since items are made to order, cancellations are only accepted within 24 hours of placing your order. After 24 hours, production will begin, and cancellations will no longer be possible.
By completing your purchase, you agree to these terms and understand that custom-made orders are non-returnable, except in cases of shipping damage.
