- **Order Review**: It is your responsibility to carefully review all details of your order (e.g., text, design, colors) before finalizing your purchase. Once your custom item is in production, no changes or cancellations will be accepted.
- **Damaged Goods**: If your custom-made item arrives damaged, please contact us within **7 days of receipt** with clear photos of the damage and packaging. We will evaluate the issue and, if the damage is verified to be caused by shipping or manufacturing errors, we will replace the item at no extra cost.
3. **Event Planning Services**
We offer event planning services, including but not limited to organizing, designing, and coordinating events such as weddings, parties, corporate events, and more. The following terms apply to all event planning bookings:
- **Booking & Payments**:
